Cases of Annuity Plan

On November 28, 2007, China Life and Northeast Grid Corporation signed “Northeast Grid & China Life on Corporate Annuity Entrustment Cooperation Agreement”.

On December 6, 2007, the Pension Company won the bid of trustee institution for the Corporate Annuity Fund of Sichuan Provincial Tobacco Company.

On January 16, 2008, together with the Asset Company, the Pension Company signed an agreement on corporate annuity plan with Qinhuangdao Port Group Company Ltd.

In March 2008, the Pension Company successfully won the bid of trustee for China Minmetals Corporation.

In March 2008, the Pension Company cooperated with China Everbright Bank on corporate annuity business.
