From 2003 to 2008, China Life was the exclusive provider of the expensive life insurance for the astronauts and space experts engaging in the manned space missions with Shenzhou-5, Shenzhou-6, and Shenzhou-7.

On March 24, 2005, in cooperation with the Israeli Embassy in Beijing, China Life launched the Personal Accident and Emergency Assistance Insurance to Chinese citizens traveling to Israel.

On February 4, 2004, China Life started to provide medical and casualty insurance to employees of the U.S. Embassy and consulates in China.

On May 18, 2004, China Life signed an agreement with China National Offshore Oil Corporation to provide Employee Group Supplemental Medical Insurance.

On June 13, 2003, China Life signed “Group Annuity Plan” worth 100 million RMB yuan with China Telecom Corporation Ltd.
